Facebook joins ANSA Queensland
ANSA Queensland now has it's very own Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/ANSA-Queensland/101877629878640, and is setup as a meeting place and social networking forum where all members and all clubs can stop by and leave a message, announce an event, start a discussion, put up a top fish or great moment, or just generally check out what everyone else is doing around our State.
For those who don't have, or don't want Facebook, that's fine, as the website will continue to provide News and Articles as well as up to date information as it becomes available. So you can still let us know what's on in your neck of the woods, and we'll enssure it gets put here for all to see.
For those who are interested in getting Facebook, you can visit www.facebook.com, to download and start using this form of communication, or just go there to get more help in sorting out security issues you may be concerned about. We have lots of our own techno-savvy younger generation, who I'm sure will be more than happy to walk any members through the intitial stages, as well as some of the non gen x's and y's who have a bit of the techno babble about them.
This was definitely the case at last weekends first Face 2 Face held in Bundaberg, when the page was born. Many ideas have been floated in regards to content, and things will be rapidly changing over the next few weeks as ideas expand, and others are removed as unusable, so if you the new page, you will automatically get updates as they happen, as well as all the other news feeds that come with it.
If you have ideas or Apps that you want to see included, send us an email and we'll see what we can achieve.
Please use the ANSA Queensland Facebook page as it is meant to be used, and don't put up anything offensive, or what you wouldn't want your own family, young or old, to see.
