Gladstone Sportfishing Club inc.

Gladstone Sport Fishing Club was formed in 1979. It is the biggest, tag and release club in Queensland. The GSFC has continued to grow with its membership at eighty-five local members, and an active junior base.
Outings are organized each month to different fishing location in Central Queensland.
Annual outings include trips to Yellow Patch, Keppel Creek, Station Point, Narrows, Gladstone Harbour, Calliope River, Boyne River, Turkey Beach, Pancake Creek and Baffle Creek.
The club philosophies are to share knowledge, enjoy the surrounds, mateship and Fishing Today For Tomorrow.

Meetings

| The GSFC meets on the last Monday each month. Doors open at 7.00pm for an 7.30pm start at the Volunteer Marine Rescue Building, Goondoon street boat ramp. All visitors are welcome to come along, with a raffle and refreshments on the night. |

The Lady Fishers Lake Awoonga Barra Classic is on again with preparations well underway. Everyone is invited to come along and the emphasis is on having fun. If you’ve never fished before, this will be a great opportunity to learn along with fellow lady anglers and join in the many festivities over the tournament.
Please book accommodation early to avoid disappointment.
