Lake Awoonga Barra Classic

The second Lady Fishers Lake Awoonga BarraLady Barra Col Classic will be held at Lake Awoonga. Everyone is invited to come along and the emphasis is on having fun. If you’ve never fished before this will be a great opportunity to learn along with fellow lady anglers and join in the many festivities over the tournament. There will be talks, demonstrations and casting tuition prior to the tournament for anyone who would like to learn and improve their skills. Willowgrove Holiday Park is the venue for the Lady Fishers Lake Awoonga Barra Classic. Situated on 20 acres of tranquil green parkland on the Boyne River, Bruce Highway, Benaraby, south of Gladstone Qld. Competitors are required to book and manage their own accommodation requirements. Comfortable self-contained cabins have been set-aside for participants of the event. Powered and non-powered camping sites can also be booked direct. http://www.willowgroveontheriver.com.au/
